
Dataplex Support Services consist of a number of services that can work
together or be taken as discrete services. They consist of:
Telephone support for technical problems including escalation to vendors.
Dataplex have a support centre at the Manchester Head Office that is
manned from 8am to 6pm. This provides support for Cisco, Citrix, HP, IBM
and Microsoft technical problems along with a large number of applications
from other vendors.
Remote takeover and fix for user systems and servers.
Dataplex support use a number of tools including GoToAssist to ensure
that any advice or fixes that are provided will properly solve a problem.
