Scoping Workshops

As part of Dataplex’s commitment to ensuring our solutions are fit for purpose and cost effective, we provide a free ½ day workshop to facilitate 1-to-1 communications between our technical and business leads and our prospective clients.  These workshops are structured in format and solely focused on the needs of YOU, the main aim of these workshops are to provide YOU with a strong understanding of Dataplex and how our skills, capabilities and partnerships can deliver a solution to solve your business requirements.

The workshops are typically held out of our Oxford or Manchester office, and cater for between 4-6 delegates from your business, the workshop will be managed by our technical and business leads who have the required knowledge for your requirements.

Typically we run through a structured process that involves (but not limited to):

Overview of your business and Dataplex Systems
Business Issues currently being faced
Gap Analysis of where you are to where you want to get to
Technology alignment to requirements
Demonstration of technologies
Implementation Options
Agree communication plan
Agree actions and next steps
Lunch.

Not bad for free?  But here’s the small print:

You have a need to implement the technology within a 6 month timeframe
Both technical and business stakeholders need to be in the meeting.
