Creative Collaboration
17th June 2010

Oxford and Manchester-based information and communications specialists dataplex are launching a new wave of collaborative and creative solutions to help cuts costs and improve efficiency.

The company will be showcasing their ideas with computer giant Microsoft on June 22nd in a half-day seminar called “Unified Communications and Cloud.”

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, dataplex has access to some of the latest developments in unified communications.

Richard Sparrow

dataplex’s Richard Sparrow said:

“Microsoft has recently released some excellent products and our experts have devised sophisticated ways to make the best use of these new and exciting tools.

“Microsoft’s OCS2010 or Wave 14 has only just been launched in the US. We’ll be able to demonstrate the advantages of this new technology and explain how it could be implemented in British businesses and organisations.”

Sparrow said that with costs being slashed in business and the public sector, auditing of IT systems is now vital and cannot be delayed.

“Business and government face the problem of trying to organise complex meetings when budgets are being tightened more severely than ever. Collaboration technology enables better communications and makes for a fitter and more efficient workplace. This all saves money,” he said.
